A Memo to Eddie House

The NBA has fined Heat guard Eddie House for making an obscene gesture during Miami's 108-103 win at Oklahoma City on Sunday.

NBA Executive Vice President Stu Jackson announced the $25,000 penalty on Monday.

The league says the incident occurred with 22.2 seconds left in the game.
